Colorful and elegant, this flower vase is handcrafted by Mexican artisan Topiltzin Castro in the Talavera style with a round bowl and a graceful, fluted neck. The exterior is hand-painted in a net motif in cornflower blue interspersed with elongated, gunmetal grey diamonds and white dots. The background is left unglazed, allowing the matte, natural ivory color of the ceramic to show through. The rim is painted a warm brown.
