Armenia's Hasmik Margaryan designs a pair of fabulous grey coasters hand-woven from cotton and embellished with an exquisite wool hand embroidery featuring geometric motifs in red, yellow, black and white. They are crafted following the weaving techniques used for making the traditional shulal rugs from the Tavush region, renowned for centuries for its carpet weaving, embroidery and lacemaking, but enhanced with new concepts and styles.
